Welcome to Brand Claws. These Terms of Service & Domain Sales Policy govern all communications, offers, negotiations, and sales of domain names listed on brandclaws.com or represented by broker Eskander. By submitting an offer or acquiring a domain from Brand Claws, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Domain Nature & Ownership

All domain names featured on Brand Claws are owned exclusively by Brand Claws / Eskander or represented under direct exclusive brokerage agreements. Each domain is an independent digital intangible asset sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis regarding generic linguistic value.

2. Offers & Inquiries

• Submitting an Offer: An acquisition inquiry or offer submitted via email or our portfolio form does not constitute an automatically binding sale until mutually confirmed in writing by both buyer and broker.
• Right of Refusal: Brand Claws reserves the right to accept, counter, or decline any offer at its sole discretion.
• Price Validity: Quoted prices and counter-offers remain valid for forty-eight (48) hours unless explicitly stated otherwise in written correspondence.

3. Escrow & Secure Settlement Process

To eliminate transaction risk for both parties, all purchases exceeding $500 USD are customarily concluded through reputable third-party escrow services, including:

• Escrow.com: Regulated escrow provider. Escrow fee allocation (buyer, seller, or split 50/50) is agreed upon prior to initiating the transaction.
• Dan.com / Sedo: Direct marketplace checkout with automated escrow protection.
• Wire / Crypto Settlement: Available upon mutual agreement with verified institutional buyers.

4. Domain Delivery & Transfer

Upon verification of secure payment by the escrow provider:

• Account Push (Fastest): If the buyer possesses an account with the domain's current registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Dynadot, Namecheap), Brand Claws will initiate a free internal transfer within 24 hours.
• Authorization Code (Auth-Code): If the buyer elects to transfer the domain to their registrar of choice, Brand Claws will unlock the domain and supply the official EPP/Transfer Code immediately.

5. Buyer Due Diligence & Trademarks

The buyer assumes sole responsibility for performing due diligence regarding their intended use of the domain name. Brand Claws sells domains strictly as generic digital real estate and makes no warranties that a domain name will be granted registered trademark status in any specific jurisdiction. Buyers agree to hold Brand Claws and Eskander harmless from trademark claims arising from the buyer's subsequent commercial use.

6. Finality of Sales

Due to the irreversible nature of domain name transfers under ICANN protocols, all domain sales are final once the domain has been successfully pushed or transferred to the buyer's registrar account.
