How the Acquisition Process Works (Step-by-Step)
Offer Agreement & Terms Confirmation
Submit an inquiry through our portfolio or email broker Eskander directly (eskander@brandclaws.com). Once price and escrow provider are mutually agreed upon, formal escrow terms are established.
Secure Escrow Deposit
An official escrow transaction is initiated via Escrow.com or Dan.com. You deposit funds safely using Wire Transfer, Credit Card, or agreed payment method. Funds are safely held in trust by the escrow institution — the seller does not receive payment yet.
Domain Transfer & Delivery
Once Escrow notifies us that your payment has secured, we initiate delivery via one of two methods:
- Free Account Push (Same Day): Domain is pushed instantly to your existing account at the current registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Dynadot, Namecheap).
- EPP / Auth-Code Transfer: We unlock the domain and provide the official authorization code for you to initiate transfer into your chosen registrar.
Inspection & Escrow Release
You confirm receipt and full administrative control of the domain. Once you approve the inspection period on Escrow.com, funds are disbursed to the seller. The transaction is complete and you now own the domain outright!

Account Push: Typically completed within 1 to 4 hours after escrow confirmation.

Who pays the Escrow fees?
Escrow fee allocation is agreed upon upfront. On most standard transactions, escrow fees are split 50/50 or covered according to the negotiated offer.
